The New York Realty Exchange was founded by Colin Narsingh; its mission is to create a virtual real estate marketplace where buyers and sellers engage in real estate transactions . The Exchange empowers buyers and sellers by creating a place where real estate is bought and sold. It does so by providing a medium where Sellers can list their property, and where the Seller determines the listing price. Buyers can browse properties on the Exchange and contact Sellers about listed properties. Information can flow in the other direction, where Buyers can create an advertisement detailing property that they are looking for. Sellers can browse these profiles and respond to potential Buyers.
